Nuggets of IT Support

So this will either be the golden nuggets of techie know-how from the front line of IT Support in Preston Lancashire, rising to the top of the sieve. Or it may be more of a bucket to catch the human memory leak. I always find that once a particularly tortuous problem is fixed, you either write it down or forget the detail.
